In a fast-paced world shaped by acceleration, pressure to perform and constant sensory overload, Slow Down opens up a space for self-reflection, deceleration and connectedness. At its heart lies the question of how art can make connectedness tangible – not through arguments, but through experience. In this context, slowing down is not seen as a retreat from the world, but as a conscious practice of awareness. In this sense, Slow Down regards shared listening as a cultural and social act – as a place where other futures become imaginable, at least for a moment.
