Seven solo pieces for percussion form an open cycle: reduced to the essentials, without electronics, close to direct sound practice. Each work explores an instrument as an entire world of sound, develops for each their own techniques for manipulation and plays with the reciprocity of body and sound. The audience experiences intimate proximity, where performer and listener meet in vibrating resonance.

Unfortunately, Federico Tramontana is suffering from an acute and severe tendon inflammation. For this reason, he is unable to take part in this concert. Fortunately, Pierluigi Billone has agreed to perform Mani Mono for Springdrum himself. Mani Materia for wooden instruments unfortunately cannot be performed, which means that the concert will be around half an hour shorter than announced, with an expected end time of approximately 5:15 PM.
