Die Texte: Popsongs, mit denen ich viel an persönlicher Geschichte verbinde. All Along the Watchtower: eine Art Lebensphilosophie in Kürze, Ophelia, ein großes Liebesgedicht, Burning Sister, eine LSD-Vision. All das ist Vergangenes und wird mittels Abulafia, einem Cut-up/Scrambler-Programm, zertrümmert. Die Spuren der Textfragmente sind mir Splitter des Spiegels, die das Original als Vielheit reflektieren. Die Texte von Dieter Sperl (Count 2 4) stehen für mich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu dieser Art von Lyrik – Texte, die aus sich heraus schon Songs sind oder unmittelbar zu diesen führen. Als Untergrund der Stimmen fungieren meistens «Damaged Beats», Scratch-Loops von Rock- und Jazz-Pattern. Die Version I.4 wurde um eine E-Gitarre erweitert, wodurch die Idiomatik noch deutlicher hörbar wird.
