It has almost become a tradition for Wien Modern and echoraum to co-present a prominent double programme from the wide field of improvised music. This will be with Viennese participation, but clearly surpassing the regions: The trio Hübsch Martel Zoubek, a unit since 2012, will be joined this year by Tiziana Bertoncini. A generation younger and blessed with the spirit of an Endless Breakfast, the trio of Mariá Portugal, gabby fluke-mogul and Paula Sanchez bathes „in an explosive flood of raw energy“.
