Das Mivos Quartet, 2008 in New York gegründet, erweitert den Horizont – mit Streichquartetten des an der Columbia University in New York City unterrichtenden George Lewis (Buchpräsentation → 12.11.2023 18:00), des in Johannesburg unterrichtenden Andile Khumalo, des beim Native American Composers Apprenticeship Project unterrichtenden Raven Chacon, der in Tokio lebenden Chikako Morishita sowie der in Rom geborenen und seit 2023 in Wien an der mdw unterrichtenden Clara Iannotta.
