The Mivos Quartet, founded in New York in 2008, expands horizons – with string quartets by George Lewis, who teaches at Columbia University in New York City (book presentation → 12.11.2023 18:00), Andile Khumalo, who teaches in Johannesburg, Raven Chacon, who teaches at the Native American Composers Apprenticeship Project, Chikako Morishita, who lives in Tokyo, and Clara Iannotta, who was born in Rome and has been teaching at the mdw in Vienna since 2023.
